Brief description The design of this miniature green banknote from the second Belarusian rouble series is dedicated to the country's scientific potential, its premier research institution, and the classical architectural forms of the capital city. The visual narrative is entirely focused on the academic center in Minsk.

Obverse: The main vignette features the grand main building of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in Minsk. The engraving accurately captures the recognizable monumental colonnade (portico) and the central structure, which stands as a prominent monument of Soviet Classicism architecture. The top area displays the text «АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ», with a large numerical denomination «1» centered just above the architectural vignette.

Reverse: The back exhibits an elegant design centered on a large numerical denomination «1» framed within an intricate ornamental geometric pattern. Above the frame, the text «АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ» is inscribed in a semi-circle. The top bears the official legal counter-forgery warning, while the bottom margin contains the inscription «БІЛЕТ НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНАГА БАНКА РЭСПУБЛІКІ БЕЛАРУСЬ» along with the design series year.

Watermark: A geometric pattern forming a traditional Slavic ornamental knot.
