Information on return and exchange of goods:
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, the return procedure depends on the category of the product you have chosen:
- Storage accessories You have the right to return or exchange accessories (albums, sheets, capsules, holders, boxes, etc.) of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.
*Condition: the product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and settlement document (screenshot of the bank receipt) have been preserved.
2. Banknotes and coins (numismatic and bonistic products) Please note that banknotes and coins are not subject to return or exchange.
*Legal basis: According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, numismatic items and precious metal products are included in the list of goods not subject to exchange (return). Since banknotes and coins are collectible items, they are equated to non-returnable lots.
