Brief description The design of this 10-rouble banknote focuses on the old building of the National Library of Belarus in Minsk (the historic Jubilee House designed by architect Georgi Lavrov), which served as the republic's primary library before the construction of the modern rhombicuboctahedron facility. The layout blends early 20th-century functionalist architecture with traditional Belarusian ethnic ornaments.

Obverse: The central vignette captures the classic facade of the historical National Library of Belarus. The top section carries the text denomination «ДЗЕСЯЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ» along with a large numeral «10». Directly below the building vignette, the structure is officially identified by the caption: «НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНАЯ БІБЛІЯТЭКА БЕЛАРУСІ».

Reverse: The reverse is dominated by a complex ornamental rosette and geometric framework enclosing a vertically oriented numerical denomination «10». The words «ДЗЕСЯЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ» are placed at the top. Anti-counterfeiting warnings flank the pattern, while the bottom margin features the inscription «БІЛЕТ НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНАГА БАНКА РЭСПУБЛІКІ БЕЛАРУСЬ» along with the series design year.

Watermark: A traditional Belarusian geometric knot or interlaced braid pattern.
