Brief description The design of this banknote captures the religious traditions, Buddhist heritage, and sacred architecture of the Kingdom of Cambodia, documenting the structural connection between the monarchy and the nation's spiritual life.

Obverse: A portrait of the reigning King Norodom Sihamoni in monastic attire, illustrating the practice of Buddhist monasticism. The layout integrates a Buddha statue and a depiction of the mythical multi-headed serpent Naga, the traditional guardian of sacred sites in Khmer mythology.

Reverse: The architectural complex of the Wat Preah Keo temple (Silver Pagoda) in Phnom Penh. The central composition features a traditional Khmer statue and an additional sculptural representation of Buddha. Security micro-script is positioned directly above and below the primary illustration.

Watermark: A continuous floral pattern distributed across the entire area of the banknote paper.

Topical Collecting Themes: Religious architecture and world temples, Buddhism (Buddhist iconography, monastic life), monarchs in spiritual vestments, mythological creatures (reptiles, Naga), sculpture and sacred art on currency.
