Brief description The visual design of this "Transitional series" banknote integrates iconic landmarks of Iranian cultural heritage. This denomination, representing 10,000,000 Rials (or 1,000 Tomans), was issued as a standard circulation note on a paper substrate. The dimensions of the note are 156 x 71 mm. Inscriptions on the front are in Persian, while the back uses the Latin script.

Obverse: The front features the Jameh Mosque in Yazd. It displays the official title of the issuing institution in Persian, "Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran," and the "Iran Cheque" designation.

Reverse: The back depicts the Arg-e Bam Fortress located in Bam. The text is in English, including "CENTRAL BANK OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN," "IRAN CHEQUE," and the denomination "TEN MILLION RIALS".

Technical Details & Issuer: The note was printed at the Security Paper Mill (TAKAB) facility in Āmol, Iran.
