Brief description The design of Albania's first polymer banknote is dedicated to the National Renaissance, classical literature, and the country's poetic heritage. The visual layout focuses on the figure of one of the most revered personalities in Albanian culture.

Obverse: The central focal point is a portrait of Naim Frashëri, an eminent poet, writer, and a key figure of the Albanian National Awakening (Rilindja Kombëtare). An open book is depicted in the background behind the portrait, symbolizing his educational and literary contributions.

Reverse: The back features a view of the house in the village of Frashër where the poet was born. The composition is enhanced by a page inscribed with famous verses from his patriotic poem: "Ti Shqipëri më jep nder, më jep emrin Shqipëtar" ("You, Albania, give me honor, you give me the name Albanian"), alongside a stylized writing quill and the official signatures of the bank layout.

Watermark: A localized portrait of Naim Frashëri, integrated into the clear window of the polymer substrate.
