Brief description This 2000 Dinar banknote (2nd coat of arms) was issued by the National Bank of Serbia during the 2011–2012 period.

Main features: The banknote is made of paper and measures 155 by 74 mm.

Obverse design: Features a portrait of Milutin Milanković, his figure sitting at his desk, and a graphic presentation of his calculations regarding the movement of the snow line over the past 600,000 years.

Reverse design: Features a figure of Milutin Milanković, a stylized solar disk fragment, a presentation of his work "The Path of the North Celestial Pole," and the great coat-of-arms of the Republic of Serbia in the top left corner against an olive background.

Production: Printed by the Serbian state printer (ZIN, Belgrade).
