Brief description Obverse: A set of three banknotes. 10 Dinars: Portrait of Vuk Stefanović Karadžić, his writing kit, an open book, three letters of the Serbian alphabet, and poet Filip Višnjić in the background. 20 Dinars: Portrait of Petar Petrović Njegoš and a line sketch of the Cetinje Monastery. 50 Dinars: Portrait of Stevan Stojanović Mokranjac, a violin, a keyboard, and a music score.
Reverse: 10 Dinars: Figure of Vuk Karadžić, participants of the First Slavic Congress in Prague, and the great coat-of-arms of Serbia on an ochre background. 20 Dinars: Figure of Njegoš, a decorative miniature from the 1494 Octoechos, Komovi mountain range, and the great coat-of-arms on a green background. 50 Dinars: Mokranjac standing, musical scores, and linear art from the Gospel of Miroslav.
