Depicts the head of a mountain eagle (golden eagle), a design sketch of the Vlaicu II airplane, and a section sketch of an airplane engine. Includes a legal warning against counterfeiting. The serial numbers are printed twice: vertically in black ink on the left and horizontally in red ink on the right. Composition & Security: Printed on a polymer (plastic) substrate. The clear transparent window is shaped in the silhouette of an airplane. Dimensions: 140 × 77 mm.
