Dear IBNS members and fellow numismatists
This annual report summarizes my activities as Vice-President of the Ukrainian Chapter of the International Bank Note Society (IBNS) during my first full year within the IBNS community Throughout this period I focused on popularizing notaphily in Ukraine and abroad strengthening the position of IBNS Ukraine developing international ties and creating valuable educational content for the global community The year proved to be extremely productive with an emphasis on digitalization educational initiatives and new member engagement This allowed me to implement most of the points of my program which I submitted during my candidacy for the position of President of the Ukrainian IBNS Chapter: key priority was placed on educational projects under the auspices of the IBNS Although I did not win the election the offer to become Vice-President provided the opportunity to put these plans into practice Key achievements structured by main areas are listed below
Key Achievements for 2025
1. Participation in international and national competitions

National "Banknote of the Year: Ukrainian Choice" Competition: I organized and conducted this competition to popularize notaphily in Ukraine The initiative secured the involvement of 5 new members in the Ukrainian IBNS Chapter on a free one-year basis contributing to community growth

All materials are available free of charge on my website and YouTube channel where they have garnered a significant audience
4. Publication of specialized BONISTICS Journals
Throughout the year I released 12 (+1 to be released in December) free PDF BONISTICS journals which have become an important tool for disseminating knowledge about notaphily:
Ukrainian version: I released 6 regular issues + 1 special issue adapted for the Ukrainian audience Each issue contains materials on IBNS activities banknote reviews and educational articles

The journals ensured the systematic distribution of information about IBNS among thousands of collectors fostering increased interest in the community
5. Expansion of personal and thematic collection
Over the year my thematic collection of banknotes dedicated to IBNS "Banknote of the Year" nominees (since 2004) was supplemented with new specimens reaching 134 units This exceeds 40% of all nominated banknotes for the entire competition period Such expansion not only enriched my collection but also enhanced my expert knowledge which I share through publications and videos
Analysis of Results and Challenges
During 2025 my efforts resulted in increased visibility for IBNS Ukraine the recruitment of 5 new members through the national competition and the creation of a content volume covering over 80 materials (articles videos journals) Over 90% of the planned KPIs from my program were achieved particularly in the educational sphere Among the challenges is the geopolitical situation in Ukraine which limited offline events therefore the emphasis was shifted to digital formats This adaptation proved successful ensuring sustainable community growth
Conclusion and Outlook
2025 was a year of implementing ambitious educational projects under the auspices of IBNS allowing me to make a significant contribution to the popularization of notaphily and the strengthening of the global community I am proud of how I managed to fulfill most of the promises from my program despite the challenges For the coming year I plan to become even more effective and in a few days I will announce on my social networks exactly how I intend to achieve this Together we will continue to build a dynamic and innovative IBNS community
